SMS Terms and Conditions

RenoDFW, LLC operates DFW Lighting. “We”, “us” and “our” mean RenoDFW, LLC. Text messages from DFW Lighting are sent under the SMS program operated by RenoDFW, LLC, which also covers its RenoDFW brand. This page describes those messages, how you agree to receive them and how to stop them. These terms cover your DFW Lighting communications; sharing a sending number does not enroll you in another brand's communications.

Program summary

• Sender: RenoDFW, LLC.
• Sending number: toll-free +1 (888) 461-8618.
• Brands: DFW Lighting and RenoDFW, both operated by RenoDFW, LLC and sending from the same number. Our messages identify DFW Lighting; shared subscription and help replies may identify RenoDFW, LLC and both brands. Consent for a DFW Lighting request does not authorize unrelated RenoDFW messages.
• No marketing: we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Messages you will receive

• One-time verification codes when you confirm your mobile number on a quote, booking or contact request.
• Confirmations and reminders for an install or appointment you booked.
• A link to the quote or estimate you requested.
• Replies to a conversation you started with us.

Messages may be sent automatically. Message frequency varies with your requests, conversations and booked services. Verification codes are sent when you request them; service reminders relate to your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines those charges.

We do not charge a separate fee to join or leave this messaging program. Carrier charges are your responsibility under your mobile plan. Text delivery requires a text-capable number and a supported mobile service; availability can vary by carrier and device.

How you opt in

The quote request webform includes a mobile number field and a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox. The box is unchecked by default. To request texts, check it and select “Send my quote request” after reviewing this disclosure:

Leave the checkbox unchecked and provide your email to request a quote without text messages. Providing a phone number or submitting the form with the box unchecked does not give SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

In the separate guided quote flow, enter your mobile number and tap “Send” beneath this disclosure to request the code and related service messages:

You can also request a quote or arrange service without texts by emailing info@dfw-lighting.com.

If you text us first, we may reply about that conversation. An inbound message does not subscribe you to unrelated or promotional messages. You must be at least 18 and provide only a number you own or are authorized to use. Tell us if you change or give up that number.

We keep evidence of your request and messaging choices, including the disclosure version, source and time of consent, to document permission and honor withdrawals. Reading these terms, accepting a service quote or making a payment alone does not give SMS permission.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT (or OPT OUT), and other clear requests to stop texting. You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out, then no further program texts from +1 (888) 461-8618 for either brand unless you opt back in. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in. An ordinary reply, quote request or purchase does not reverse an opt-out.

You can also ask us to stop by emailing info@dfw-lighting.com with the mobile number to unsubscribe. Opting out of texts does not cancel a booking or change your service agreement; contact us separately about those requests.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile provider, device and network availability and is not guaranteed. Contact us by email if a time-sensitive message does not arrive. This program is not an emergency service.

Messages may include automated replies. Ask for a person if a response is unclear or you need help with your agreement. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or unrelated sensitive information by text.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Providers such as Twilio process your number, message contents and delivery information to operate this program and prevent spam, fraud and abuse. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes and your rights

We may update these terms prospectively and identify revisions by the effective date. We provide notice and obtain fresh consent where required before changing the sender, subject matter or scope of the messages you authorized. An update, continued website use or an ordinary reply does not create broader consent or override an opt-out. If we end the program, that does not cancel your service agreement or authorize further texts.

Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, excuses our own unlawful conduct, or imposes mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Your accepted service agreement governs the lighting work; these terms govern the messaging program.
